Setting up Outlook on your Mobile Device (iPhone and Android)

Outlook Mobile App

October 1, 2022, Microsoft updated the security of Outlook email.  This enhancement may have affected mobile devices using email clients other than the Microsoft Outlook app to access college email.  To ensure uninterrupted service on your mobile device(s), install the latest Microsoft Outlook app, available free at the Google or iOS app store.  As always, please stay vigilant by keeping all device and software updates current.
Trident Technical College only supports using the Outlook App on your mobile device to access your TTC email. Please use the links below to setup the Outlook App on your device. We have also included some Microsoft cheat sheets as downloadable attachments that contain additional useful information.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR DEVICE SOFTWARE IS UP-TO-DATE before bringing it onto the TTC network.

TTC Outlook Exchange Email Mobile Connection Settings

Note: If Outlook Exchange setup attempts to connect to Gmail (or Google), look for a hyperlink specifying NOT GOOGLE, and make that selection to continue your Outlook setup.

EMAIL: firstname.lastname@tridenttech.edu
SERVER ADDRESS: mobile.tridenttech.edu
DOMAIN: TRIDENTAD
USERNAME: firstnamelastname (you may need to include the domain with your username. Example: tridentad\janedoe)
PASSWORD: Your TTC account password
