There was a problem  processing your authentication.

What does this error message mean?

  • If you are a new student or a new faculty/staff member receiving this message, this is because your account has not been created in D2L yet.

    • New user accounts are created in D2L four times daily, Monday - Friday at 7:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 4:00 PM.

When do students receive access to D2L and their D2L courses?

  • Most students will receive access to D2L three weeks before the start of their first semester during our 7:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 4:00 PM enrollment. 
    • However, they will not have access to their D2L courses when they receive access to D2L. 
  • Students will not be able to access their courses until the course's instructor activates the course, which might not be until a day or two before the class starts.
